A quiet holiday on the edge of the sea
Fani Gara sits right on Panteleimonas beach, facing the Aegean, a few minutes from the Crusader castle of Platamon. The studios open straight onto the sand — there is no road between you and the sea, which is exactly why families keep coming back.
The water here is warm, shallow and clean enough to have earned a Blue Flag. Behind the building, Mount Olympus fills the horizon. Restaurants, bars, a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket and shops are all a short walk away.
The heat here is the comfortable kind. Summer days settle around 30 °C rather than the forties further south, a breeze comes off the gulf most afternoons, and the evenings stay mild enough to eat outside until late. Olympus keeps the coast green — pine and plane, not bare rock.
