Twelve studios spread over four floors, three per floor, all with a balcony facing the sea or Mount Olympus. We rent them under five names, according to the view and the size of the balcony.
Every studio has a separate bathroom, a kitchenette and a balcony with a table and chairs.

The apartment at the seaward end of each floor. The balcony faces the water head-on, so the Aegean is the first thing you see when you open the shutters and the last thing you hear at night.

The long balcony
The middle apartment, sharing the building’s long 9.90 m balcony. Plenty of room for a table, a drying rack and four chairs in the shade — the one families with small children usually ask for.

Quiet corner, sea on the side
The apartment nearest the stairs, with the sea visible along the side of the balcony. The quietest of the three and the best value on every floor.

Facing the mountain
On the mountain side of the property, looking up at Mount Olympus and the old village. Cooler in the afternoon, greener, and only a few steps further from the sand.

Two apartments, one family
Two adjoining Olympos View apartments taken together — about 52 m² with two sleeping areas and two bathrooms. Made for a larger family or two couples travelling together.

Three apartments per floor, numbered by floor. Apartment 2 on any floor is the Side Sea View, apartment 4 is the Sea View and apartment 6 is the Front Sea View — so “X04” means the Sea View apartment, whichever floor it is on.
